Homestay IOM Ltd runs the official Homestay Scheme on behalf of the Isle of Man Government Department for Enterprise.

As a sister company of the local holiday lettings agency Island Escapes, our team brings extensive experience in working with both visitors and property owners. We understand what makes a stay safe, comfortable, and memorable.

When you choose a registered Homestay, you can be assured that:

• Our team has inspected the property to ensure it meets all scheme requirements at the time of inspection.
• The host has paid the relevant registration fee, confirming their commitment to quality and compliance.

By law, every Homestay property must be inspected at least once every two years. Each property also displays its official registration number and certificate, giving you peace of mind that your stay meets the Isle of Man’s standards.
