Large detached house just off Bray Hill, 5 mins walk to Grandstand with bridge access when roads closed, perfectly located for watching the TT at St Ninians and also bottom of Bray hill.Easy walk into town, and easy route to access road when roads closed.
Beautiful house in quiet road with 2 car driveway & front garden with lovely seating area and fantastic view, and a peaceful garden with BBQ and 6 seater table at the rear.

Comfortably accomodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms with the following configuration:
1 x Bedroom with Superking bed and Ensuite shower room at rear overlooking garden
1 x Bedroom with Superking or Twin beds at the front of the house with lovely view
1x Bedroom with double bed at the front of the house with lovely view
1x Family bathroom with bath and shower

House is located on Port E Chee Avenue which runs parallel to Bray Hill between St Ninians and the bottom of Bray hill just before Ago's leap.
Port E Chee Ave leads directly onto the access route allowing vehicle access when the roads are closed.
It's a 10-15 minute walk to Douglas Promenade and the town centre with bridge access when roads closed.
