Welcome to Ballakerkey Cottage. - Detached 3-bed house with large private garden and patio area. - King, double & twin rooms, with 2 bathrooms upstairs & downstairs toilet - Fully equipped kitchen, utility with washer & dryer, lounge with Netflix & dining area - Large, secure garage for motorbike storage (Key access & roller door) Availability: From Saturday 25th May – Thursday 29th May – 4 guests B&B self-serve breakfast (double & twin, sole use of family bathroom) Saturday 31st May - Saturday 7th June – 6 guests self-catering (Ensuite king, double & twin) From Saturday 16th August– Thursday 21st August– 4 guests B&B self-serve breakfast (double & twin, sole use of family bathroom) Payment: 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking remainder to be paid 4 weeks before arrival £500 refundable security/damages deposit (self catering only) House rules: No Smoking No Parties No use of log burnerFeatures
