Description
This property has been the house of our family of four for over 8 years now and it's location is perfect for those visiting the Isle of Man during TT races and/or Manx Grand Prix. Located in central Douglas, the capitol of the Isle of Man, literally at the TT course, within very short walking distance (5-10 minutes) from TT Grandstand village. Douglas promenade and shopping street is located just 15-20 minutes walk from the house, making your TT experience unforgettable.The property includes small front garden facing south, with outdoor sofa and table, where you can enjoy your afternoon/evenings. The rear backyard catches a lot of sunshine in the morning and early afternoon hours. It is equipped with outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a table, a large swing, barbecue and area where you can park up to 2 bikes under the hood. It is surrounded by tall walls, giving you comfort and privacy.
Inside the house there is:
- A landing area with stairs leading to bedrooms and bathroom.
- Large dining room connected with living room on one side and kitchen on the other (see photos for details).
- 2 single bedrooms with single beds.
- Master bedroom with a king size bed and a dressing table.
- Family bathroom with: toilet, large bathtub and shower.
Kitchen includes:
- Fridge with freezer;
- Dishwasher;
- Washing Machine;
- Tumble Dryer;
- Oven;
- Hob;
- Double Ninja Air Fryer;
- Microwave;
- Kettle;
- and other kitchen equipments.
