Description
This ground floor accommodation comprises a bed-sitting room, shower room and kitchenette within this detached family home, which is located in a quiet location in the north of the island. Riverside Cottage is close to Lhen Beach, Cronk-Y-Bing Nature Reserve and local amenities in Andreas (2.9 miles), where there is a village shop with post office and The Grosvenor Inn providing meals and Takeaways.We are outside the TT course and the nearest TT access points are in Sulby (4.3 miles), Ballaugh Bridge (5.3 miles) and Ramsey (6.1 miles).
The accommodation includes:
- Bed-sitting room with king-size bed, satellite TV, coffee table, chairs, settee and dining table and chairs
- 50 inch LED TV
- Wi-Fi
- Kitchenette for exclusive use of self-catering guests (fridge, microwave, gas hob, air fryer, washing machine and dishwasher). A welcome pack of basic provisions will be supplied.
- Shower room with WC for exclusive use of guests
- Off-road parking
- Access to gardens
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable on arrival. All payments will be via BACS.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted as the owners have 3 dogs and a cat.
This is a no smoking accommodation throughout.
