Our bungalow offers two furnished bedrooms available for guests: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, accommodating up to four people comfortably. These rooms share a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The heart of the home is our large conservatory, providing a peaceful setting for relaxation or socialising.
The living room is equipped with comfortable seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils, ready for preparing meals.
Guests will enjoy the company of our friendly labrador dogs, adding a warm, homely atmosphere to your stay. Amenities like private parking and Wi-Fi access are included, ensuring that all your needs are met while you immerse yourself in the TT race excitement!

Situated in Onchan's Birch Hill Grove, our bungalow is a short walk from Signpost Corner, a key vantage point for TT races. The Grandstand is approx 20 mins walk from the property. This location offers easy access to the atmosphere and excitement of the races while providing a comfortable stay at day's end.
Several welcoming pubs are within easy walking distance, perfect for experiencing a beer garden and live music.
A local supermarket is also within walking distance.
The property is also conveniently located on a bus route, facilitating exploration of the Isle of Man’s scenic spots and attractions beyond the race course, including a direct route to the airport and Douglas Town Centre.
Payment Policy: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on arrival (cash or bank transfer is accepted).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: Check-in is available from 8:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
- Check-out: Please check out by 12:00 PM on the departure day. Late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Accommodation Rules:
- Maximum Occupancy: The bungalow comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms.
- Pets: We already have two friendly dogs on the premises. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the bungalow. Guests may smoke outside in designated areas.
- Noise: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

- Transportation: Information on local transportation options, including bus routes and taxi services, can be provided upon arrival.
- Local Attractions: We can offer recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance your stay.
Safety and Security:
- Safety Equipment: The property is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
- Security: For ease of our guests, the bungalow is equipped with a key box. The code for the key box will be made available on arrival.
