Description
Bedroom 1
A large double bedroom with sofa, living space and small table with 2 bar stool chairs. Fridge and freezer, Tea and coffee making facilities. Sink and basin plus a camping stove also provided.
Private use of family bathroom with shower and bath but please note this is located on the first floor and the bedroom is on the ground floor.
Bed and Breakfast Basis (Vegetarian's and Vegan's welcome, orders required with booking), Kitchen not available for shared use however minimal some use could be provided by arrangement.
Access to both room through side door that is separate from the hosts front door.
Bedroom 2
A large good size double bed with wardrobes and en-suite Jack and Jill style bathroom with shower that has private use (please note there is a door onto the corridor but the other bedroom has its own bathroom). Tea and coffee making facilities.

The House
The house will remaining occupied by the host family, use of the lounge and dining table will be provided for breakfast with beautiful views over the Manx Countryside and a lovely mature garden. We are dog friendly and there is access to a green lane and private field that dogs can be walked on, just please pick up after them! Outside there is a portion of garden which can be used for sitting out and a small patio area.
Richmond Hill
We are located at the bottom of Richmond hill on the Main Road back from the airport. Access to Douglas and the Prom can be reached by Car or Bike in 5 - 10 mins Via two routes being the main road, or the old Castletown Road which remains quiet even when roads are shut due to is being on the other side of Douglas from the Grandstand.
There is a Bus Stop which is a ten minute walk away but it is along a Main Road which is not ideal with kids (although there is a pavement the whole way).
Would ideally suit guests with own transport and it is around 5-10 minute drive to the Grandstand.
Host Info
We are a family of 5 with an 8,5 and 18 month old baby so we have plenty of accessories and things for Children. The host bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas will be available for breakfast or if you want to have dinner at the table etc... Outside dining spaces are also available for eating if the weather allows!

Bedroom 1 - £55/adult per night with cooked breakfast provided or £45/adult per night with no breakfast. Additional children £10/night including breakfast (minimum charge £40) or a one off fee of £40 if no breakfast required and proper single kids beds will be provided.
Bedroom 2 - £50/adult per night with cooked breakfast provided or £40/adult per night with no breakfast.
