Rose Cottage is located 2 and a half miles from the TT course at Ballaugh Bridge; Sulby Straight is also nearby. The nearest pub is the Raven pub in Ballaugh which also serves meals. There is one double bedroom with a standard bed. The shared bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. Hard standing for motorbikes or cars. Tea and coffee available at all times. Use of microwave, oven. Use of sitting room, conservatory, dining room, garden furniture. Use of washing machine, iron etc Rose Cottage is close enough to the TT course but also set in an idyllic country setting where you can watch stunning sunsets from the garden or beach.
