Description
Spacious period property situated just up from the bottom of Bray Hill on the famous Ago's Leap section of the course. Large driveway with space for 3 cars and viewing of the course. Locked garage for bike storage if required. Inside, there is a spacious lounge, dining room and family kitchen with utility and toilet located downstairs. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, two double bedrooms with king-sized beds and a single room with fold out bed. There is an option for cot/highchair if required. Outside there is a large patio which gets the sun all day, perfect for a post-race bbq. A large garden provides ample space to enjoy if weather permits. Please be aware we have a dog so this property is not suitable for those with pet allergies. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fully enclosed. There is pedestrian access from the bottom of the garden onto Tromode Road for access when the roads are closed.Features
