Description
16, Birch Hill Avenue is situated in a quiet location.
On the first floor, We offer two large rooms, each with a double bed and a third single bed; the bathroom on the floor is shared by the occupants ot the two rooms.
Hairdryer and soaps are available to the guest.
Bed and bathroom linen are provided.
The breakfast is continental ( tea , coffee, croissant, jams butter, toast, yogurt and fruit juice)
No pets & non smokers.

Travelling out of Douglas along the promenade turn left up Summerhill and proceed to the very top turning right at the roundabout, past the petrol station and taking the next left turn onto Avondale past the Manx Arms. Continue up Avondale Road around the S bend then taking the right hand turn onto Birch Hill Avenue, the number 16 can be found towards the end of the road .
