17 Lancaster Road is the perfect base in Douglas for a trip to the TT races for a group of 5 people sleeping across 3 bedrooms.Perfectly placed to watch the racing and equally well placed to explore the island during rest days - 10 minute walk to the Grandstand. Bray Hill is just 60 seconds away! A short walk from Douglas town centre, approximately 20 minutes away.
Plenty of local amenities including petrol station and supermarket are nearby too.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.

First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double room, built-in wardrobe, two chest of drawers, makeup table.
Bedroom 2: Double room, hanging space, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single only - sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children. Also containing hanging space.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Outdoor space: Rear patio garden, accessed via steps down from the back door.

Parking: On-street parking.
Power & Heating: Included.
Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 16:00, departure 10:00. Please contact us to arrange alternative timings.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Refundable Deposit: A £500 refundable deposit will be requested at the time of balance payment, and will be returned following post-stay checks of the property.
