Description
'Myrneen' has 3 large bedrooms. One bedroom is en-suite with a walk in shower. 2 bedrooms can be either spacious twins or Super-king size doubles. Every bedroom has ample storage and all the wardrobes and drawers do not contain anypersonal processions of the owners.
Each bedroom has a hairdryer and electric fan.
Large lounge with sofas with seating for six. There is a large television.
Dining room with seating for 10.
Bathroom with large 6 foot bathtub and shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen with modern appliances including induction hob, microwave and oven. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and air fryer.
Spacious 7 metre sun room with 6 bi-folding doors leading on to the decking and garden. The garden is illuminated at night. The sun room/orangery also has further dining table and chairs for 6. There are two large sofas in the orangery.
Fibre broadband with good connection in every room. Alexa 15 inch screen in the kitchen which can be programmed to any language. Smart Tv in orangery with Netfix.
Parking for two cars or 6 bikes.
Bus stop opposite with regular buses to Ramsey and drop off from Douglas with links to rest of the island.
Large tropical style garden with sun loungers and garden table and chairs.
Hot tub available on request for an extra fee.
