Lounge with sofas and access to sky, Netflix and Disney+. Use of the fibre broadband is also available. Downstairs toilet / bathroom. Spacious detached property in quiet cul de sac with views over the countryside and parking for two cars or multiple bikes. Under 5 mins walk to nearest bus stop, pub and restaurant and convenience store. Approx ten mins walk to supermarket. One cat will remain in the property and will be fed either by family once a day or by guests by prior arrangement. Minimum 7 nights stay. Dates available 30th May - 10th June. Non-smoking. 20% deposit due on acceptance of booking and balance 6 weeks before arrival
