Description
A modern, two bedroom house with room to accommodate three adults.Full use of the kitchen/diner, washer/drier, all cutlery, utensils, fridge and dry storage. There is no microwave, but this can be arranged if required.
New carpets throughout, the living room has a 55" smart TV (plus Apple TV) and free unlimited WiFi backed by super fast fibre broadband.
Reserved parking at the front of the property with space for two cars and unmetered roadside parking is also available near by if required.
A private rear patio garden, which will be newly refurbished to a high standard, providing an area to eat or relax.
Location Information:
The property is located in a modern cul-de-sac in Ramsey only 5 minutes walk from the course and great viewing of the course can also be found 10 minutes away (as shown in pictures).
Unobstructed views of North Barrule, Beinn Reinn and Clagh Ouyr.
Ramsey town is a 15-20 minute walk where there are pubs, shops, restaurants, supermarket, a large COOP and the beach.
Main road access to the property via the course is restricted during road closures, but the property is accessible via an alternate highways route opened during TT for access through residential areas. Detailed descriptions will be provided on arrival.
