Description
Space Upstairs for Guests-Private good sized bedroom with small double bed.
-Private bedroom also has a cosy little seating area and has access to the adjoining room (used as an office) which can be used as a dressing room/space to keep luggage out of the way.
-Shared bathroom with both bath and shower which will be shared with the two owners.
Space Downstairs for Guests
-Guests are welcome to use the kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher) and store food in the fridge.
-Guests are welcome to relax in the traditional, cosy living room with comfy sofas surrounding a wood burner.
Other Notes
Parking is free on all surrounding streets. Electric charging point just a 2 or 3 minute walk away.
Guests can use free WiFi.
Guests must not smoke indoors.
Location
Positioned in the heart of Peel, a very short walk away from bus routes to Ramsey and Douglas along the TT course. The house is also a very close walk away from many pubs, shops, restaurants and the prom. The house is a five minute drive away from Ballacraine, but as it's set away from the course, much of the island is accessible during road closures.
