Description
The house is a semi with 3 floors. It has a sunny garden to the rear and a grassed area with off road parking to the front.The homestay first floor is exclusively for homestay guests and includes two bedrooms, 1x double and 1x single + 1 for a.n. other- price being agreed) and a shared bath / shower room.
The kitchen, lounge and dining room are shared with the owner.
There is a good local shop, take away and pub serving meals 2 minutes walk away.
It is located about 10 minutes walk from the promenade and shops in Peel where you will find many pubs, resturants, take aways, churches, take aways and ice creams! Peel swimming pool with good children's play area is 1/4 mile away
Free wifi code will be provided on arrival.
Whilst breakfast is self service you are welcome to have hot or continental meals by arrangement.
Location Information:
The property is located in a quiet area on the Ballawattleworth Estate to the west of Peel off the Poor Town road.
It is approximately 10 miles from Douglas and 7 from Kirk Michael.
It is very handy for TT viewing at Ballacriane, Ballig Bridge, Black Dub, Glen Helen, Cronk y Voddy and Kirk Michael.
Good local bus services from 100 m away and also from Peel town center.
