This attractive house is within 200 yds of a shop pub/ restaurant and bus stops.There is a Swimming pool and children's playground nearby and further shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front 10 minutes walk away in Peel.
The property is pet free and smoke free.
There are two rooms available 1 x double and 1 x single, although either could also accommodate a +1.
The 2 rooms share the bath/shower room.
There is a further toilet downstairs.
Downstairs the through room has comfortable sitting , dining table and kitchen area.
