Description
A non smoker, 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suit) (1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in) fully detached house with off road parking and garden. Modern kitchen with instant hot water tap, air fryer, double oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Separate lounge, dining room and utility which has a separate washer and dryer. Garden in the back with a decked area and bbq (gas & charcoal). Double bedroom has a shower en-suite. There are two additional double bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and a family bathroom that includes a bath and shower.Less than 5 min walk to the start of the mountain course or hairpin viewing point. Less than 5 min walk to coast road (for when the mountain is closed and getting the bus home) and closest bus stop. Approx 10 min walk to main bus depot, shops, Ramsey town centre and parliament square viewing point.
