Description
A non smoker, 2 double bedroom (1 en-suit) and 1 single bedroom fully detached house with off road parking and garden. Modern kitchen with instant hot water tap, air fryer, double oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Separate lounge, dining room and utility which has a washer and dryer. Garden in the back with a decked area and bbq. Main double bedroom has an shower en-suite. There is an additional double bedroom and single bedroom with a family bathroom that includes a bath and shower.Less than 5 min walk to the start of the mountain course or hairpin viewing point. Less than 5 min walk to coast road (for when the mountain is closed) and closest bus stop. Approx 10 min walk to main bus depot, shops, Ramsey town centre and parliament square viewing point.
