From property, turning left its a 5 minute walk to Mona Lisa Italian restaurant and The Shore hotel restaurant/public bar, its a further couple of minutes walk to the beach front, which has two very lovely cafes. Turn right and its a 10 minute walk up to the village which has various shops, pubs and restaurants, petrol station and the bus stop or tram station to take you either to Douglas or Ramsey (plus Snaefell on tram)..
