Laxey property, features are; Semi detached house 2 double bedrooms - 1 en-suite 1 stand alone bathroom Open plan kitchen/diner (2 cats in-situ) Lounge Large front garden - suitable to park bikes Back yard - seating area, fire pit and BBQ and clothes line Parking on road outside property but safe to park 2 elderly cats in situ so only cat lovers to apply please Use of washing machine and dishwasher Happy to do a video call and walk you around the property so you can see it first hand but the pictures are a true representation. From property, turning left its a 5 minute walk to Mona Lisa Italian restaurant and The Shore hotel restaurant/public bar, its a further couple of minutes walk to the beach front, which has two very lovely cafes. Turn right and its a 10 minute walk up to the village which has various shops, pubs and restaurants, petrol station and the bus stop or tram station to take you either to Douglas or Ramsey (plus Snaefell on tram)..
