The home offers spacious living conditions with 4 double bedrooms. One en suite and one family bathroom and one toilet downstairs. The home offers 3 reception rooms and a garage. The main rooms is a large open plan style which contains the kitchen, dining room and conservatory. The open plan area overlooks a large garden and a south facing decking area with lighting. The decking can be accessed via a french patio and bi-fold doors. Location: The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and only a minute or two walk from the main TT Road. Whilst the road is closed, you can access a few places where you can watch the races and you can access the rest of the island by parking your vehicle or bike at Glen Wyllin. Glen Wyllin can be accessed during road closures. When the roads are open, you will have access to local amenities such as a local shop, hairdressers, pharmacy, butchers, a café and a local pub. There is also a taxi service from Kirk Michael. Kirk Michael being on the TT course has good access to public transport.Features
