Description
A detached converted stone barn.Set back from the course on the entry into Kirk Michael on the 13th Milestone just after the bottom of Barregarrow. We have a private viewing platform directly on the course.
Upstairs the Barn has 2 bedrooms, one with a king and single beds, and the other with a double bed. There is a recently fitted shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower and underfloor heating.
Downstairs is the recently refurbished kitchen, a lounge diner with a multi fuel stove, a toilet and utility room. Appliances include a dishwasher and a washing machine. Fibre internet is installed to the property.
Outside, we have extensive grounds, and access to a shared patio and BBQ area.
There is ample space for car or motorcycle off road parking.
Kirk Michael is a relatively small village. It has a pub, village shop, hairdressers, tea room, pharmacy, petrol station and church, all of these are a short 20 minute walk from the Barn.
